Private investigator can collect data and information about:
- Missing persons who are hiding themselves from other parties; persons who are suspected to have written anonymous letters, made defamatory statements, verbal assaults, or published information on personal, family, or business life and harmed client's reputation.
- Persons who caused any harm or damage to the client.
- Any objects that have been stolen or lost.
- Evidence that client needs for insurance, exercising rights and privileges before a judicial or any other government body or association.
- The employee's work results.
- Business affairs and results of other companies, trades and legal entities.
- Facts and circumstances, which refer to one's social and business status.
- Employee candidates and workers (only with their written consent); the information the employer is entitled to gather according to a special regulation.
- Criminal offence and perpetrators prosecuted by private lawsuits
- Breach of contracts or working discipline.
